We use your information to provide and personalize the Ping experience, to understand your emotional patterns and conversation context, to improve our AI models and service quality, and to communicate important updates about the service. We process your conversations on our servers to deliver thoughtful, context-aware responses.

We implement strict access controls, regular security audits, and follow best practices to safeguard your information. your memory bank

Ping remembers things about you to be a better companion — your preferences, your stories, your milestones. You have full control over this memory bank. You can completely erase it at any time from your settings.

third-party data sharing

We do not sell your personal data for advertising or marketing purposes. However, we may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate and improve Ping. These include:

  • Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting and data storage
  • AI processing partners— to power Ping's conversational abilities

If you choose to delete your account, all associated data — conversations, memories, voice recordings — is permanently erased within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
